Affiliate program: terms and conditions

The terms used in the affiliate program:

• An online casino is a site and a special gaming platform on which online gambling takes place through internet.
• Partner (affiliate) — a person who voluntarily promotes f1casino.club casino according to previous agreements who have learned the terms and conditions of affiliate cooperation on the f1casino.club website.
• Affiliate program is a working scheme based on the goal to promote and popularize F1 Casino by any legal and honest methods.
• Player is an online casino user who has registered on the casino website through a partner’s referral link.
• Earning is reward to a Partner for a player referred in the online casino. It comes from the income of the casino.
• Payment is crediting earnings to the account of any previously selected payment system.
• Reporting Period is the period of accumulation, calculation and payment of earned funds to a partner.
• Promotional materials — any thematic content (texts, reviews, banners, etc.) that serve to attract players to an online casino.

F1 Casino Affiliate Program

• Before starting cooperation, you agree to familiarize yourself with these rules and refuse to cooperate if they are unacceptable. By default, cooperation implies that the partner has read and agreed to the rules presented below.
• You understand and acknowledge that the terms and conditions of partnership can be changed at any time without prior notice.
• By registering in the F1 Casino affiliate program, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in accordance with local law.
• Affiliate is fully responsible for the safety and security of personal data and any information that ensures entry into the affiliate program. We don't bear any responsibility for theft, hacking, loss and any other situations related to unauthorized access to your affiliate program.
• At any time, we may refuse to extend partnership without giving reasons.
• We reserve the right to change these rules at any time without explanation and prior notice. The chronology of the changes is not kept and has no power. The valid edition of the rules is only the one that is currently represented on the site.
• It is prohibited to spam while promoting F1 Casino! A partner who will be caught in spamming will be excluded from the affiliate program without the right to receive affiliate payments.
• A partner doesn't have the right to register in game projects using an affiliate link. Otherwise, both affiliate and gaming accounts will be blocked.
• We provide partners with all the promo material for promoting, however, if the partner decides to promote the casino through untruthful materials about F1 Casino, the cooperation will be terminated.
• We reserve the right to request a partner to provide clarifying data on traffic sources, up to a detailed explanation of its origin. If the partner refuses to give any required traffic information, we can terminate the partnership.
• We reserve the right not to make payments for players who were referred through multi-accounting.
• Your payments and cooperation with you may be suspended until we find out whether you violated the terms and conditions of cooperation or not. If you are found out to violate the rules while promoting our casino, your payments will be canceled.
• If we found your players to be cheating, we reserve the right to change the total payments in your affiliate program for the amount of damage.
• If the affiliate uses offenses, baseless accusations, profanity, we reserve the right to stop partnering with such an affiliate.
• If we find out that the partner distributes false information about us, uses black PR and tries to harm our reputation in every possible way, then the partnership will be immediately terminated.
• All statistics and data about the users you referred are available in your account. We have the right not to provide other statistics and data at your request.
• Any misinformation including traffic sources automatically entails blocking the affiliate program without compensation for payments.
• The player is counted towards that affiliate whose link was used to register on the site.
• We can reduce earnings by the Revenue Share scheme to 10% of net income if less than 50 new registered Players have arrived from the Partner within 90 calendar days.
• We don't guarantee you to receive any notifications if we change the terms of cooperation (blocking the account, changing the percentage, etc.).

STRUCTURE OF COMMISSION CHARGES

A partner’s earnings is a part (percentage) of the casino’s net income from each player who comes through a partner’s referral link. This percentage can reach up to 60% of the casino's net income (including gaming fees, bonuses, payment systems, etc.).

For attracting branded traffic, the partner receives 20% of the casino's profit (including commission for games, bonuses, payment systems, etc.). If you plan to attract branded traffic, please let us know in advance.

Conditions for working on the CPA model

• CPA is a partner reward scheme where the partner receives a reward as soon as his player has made a real money deposit. We are ready to work on the CPA scheme individually with those partners whose traffic, after a thorough audit, in our opinion, is suitable for the format of such cooperation.
• By default (after registration in the affiliate program), you work according to the Revenue Share scheme. Want to get a higher percentage? Contact our manager to discuss the conditions.
• If you want to work on the CPA model, we can ask you to pass certain test in order to assess the quality of traffic that you direct to our casino. If, in our opinion, the quality of traffic doesn't meet our expectations, we reserve the right not to award the partner and/or discuss other schemes for cooperation.
• If the partner doesn't want to make test activities and provide information about the sources and quality of traffic, we can stop cooperation.

PAYMENTS

• There are two reporting periods in our affiliate program.
  • First: From 1 to 15 day of the month;
  • Second: 16 to 30 (31) day of the month.
• Earnings are credited to the partner’s gaming account within five business days after the end of the reporting period. Delays in payments may occur if we have suspicions regarding the partner’s actions, the quality of his traffic or any other issues. The boundary delay time for payments is not regulated in any way and is exactly as much as we need to find out all the nuances.
• Affiliate's income is credited on the partner's payment details within five business days.
• Please remember that when withdrawing rewards, payment systems charge commission. The percentages charged depending on the payment method chosen are as follows:
  • MasterCard / VISA - 4.5%
  • Crypto (min. $50) - 5%
  • Skrill, Neteller - 2%
  • Piastrix - 0%
  • FK-wallet - 0%
• The minimum payment is $20 (or equivalent in other currency). If your earnings for the reporting period amounted to less than $20 (or equivalent in other currency), this amount is transferred to the subsequent reporting period.
• The negative balance for the first reporting period (from 1st to 15th day) is transferred to the second reporting period (from 16 to 30-31 day). A new month begins without transferring a minus, even if it was last month.
• The account of an inactive Partner who receives earnings remained on balances may be blocked. To unblock an account, contact the affiliate program support team.
• If the partner has not been active for a long period of time (doesn't attract new players) but continues to receive earnings on balances, his account may be blocked. To unlock, please contact the casino support service or our managers.
